Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

2. Ad Content Guidelines

All advertisement submissions must comply with:

• The Nigerian Code of Advertising Practice, as enforced by APCON.
• The Standards of Decency, Honesty, and Social Responsibility.
• Applicable laws, including those against: false or misleading advertising, offensive material, discrimination, or unlicensed promotions.
• We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any ad that violates APCON guidelines or is harmful, misleading, or illegal.

3. Approval and Review Process

• All submitted ads are subject to internal review and approval.
• Users must obtain APCON vetting certificates (where applicable) before submission.
• We may delay or cancel publication if an ad requires compliance clearance.

4. Intellectual Property

• Users retain rights to their ad content, but grant Beeboard a non-exclusive license to display it.
• Users must have full rights to use any logos, images, or third-party content submitted.

5. Billing and Payment

• Ad bookings are prepaid and non-refundable once published.
• Pricing is displayed per screen and duration.
• Failure to pay as agreed may result in ad removal or account suspension.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful, and ethical advertisement materials.
• Ensure timely submission of media files in required formats.
• Avoid attempts to manipulate system operations or reporting metrics.

7. Platform Responsibilities

• Provide digital screen time as booked and approved.
• Ensure reasonable uptime and exposure, except during technical downtime or force majeure.
• Inform users of issues affecting their ad delivery where possible.

8. Limitations of Liability

• Beeboard shall not be held liable for:
  • Losses due to third-party failures or acts of God.
  • Delays caused by regulatory bodies such as APCON.
  • Ad performance metrics (clicks, views, or conversions are not guaranteed).

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if:
  • Terms are breached.
  • Ad content violates APCON or Nigerian laws.
  • Fraud or harmful behavior is detected.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be addressed amicably first.
• If unresolved, they will be settled under Nigerian law in Lagos State.
• Ad content issues may also be escalated to APCON.

11. Amendments

• Beeboard may revise these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updates.
